How does one get in touch with Rain since their customer support is non existent?

Please drop us a DM with the email address linked to your rain account so we can further investigate your query?
We all know you are trying your best but serving as a post office isn't going to solve anything.
You know that I have been complaining here for a long time. Your people have contacted me several times over the past 2 weeks with suggestions and even switched me from one tower to another. You are also aware this is only a temporary solution because within a day I'm back to resetting my router 3, 4 times a day.
Instead of wasting everyone's time with DM why don't you ask management to stop behaving like ANC ministers and engage us in an open and frank discussion about the reasons for the 54% drop in rain's speeds.
If they are not willing to do this will they at least release a statement telling us the reasons. They can even use technical jargon if they wish.
Just as long as they don't try some bs or put some spin on it because in these trying times South Africans are getting gatvol of bs artists trying to convince us horse manure tastes like strawberries and cream.

I recently joined the forum and all i see is you hijacking other peoples threads to push your own 54% of an agenda. You are clearly getting responses from rain and still want to come out here and hijack other people that are getting help.
From your posts, you're at least getting responses and some form of help where others haven't received a response FOR WEEKS! You really should create your own thread where you can push whatever agenda you have instead of trolling.
If you did get an answer to your question that you keep plastering on the forum - will it improve your speeds? Will it increase your tower capacity? You're simply trying to corner a company into giving you an answer you want to hear so you can continue to drag them through the dirt. JUST CANCEL!
Even when you're getting help you still choose a reason to complain about SOMETHING!
Find a hobby during lockdown and leave the forums for people that want help - not your personal agendas!

Hi Misanthrope,How long will this take. It's been 2 weeks + that rain has been investigating my queries. They even switched me to another tower but this didn't solve my problem either.
I also logged a complaint on the dashboard yesterday and received an automated reply saying someone will contact me in the coming days.
How long is "coming days". Is it 2 days, 5 days and if they can't resolve the problem do I log another complaint again waiting for someone to contact me in the coming days.
And if nothing was resolved during the past 2 weeks what can be done now.
I have no access to fiber and share a Telkom 4Mbps adsl line with 4 other people.
In the mean time I have to work from home and entertain my children with an average dl speed of 2.5Mbps and a signal that keeps on dropping.
All I want to know is why and can it be resolved?

I am experiencing the same issue, surely there must be way to take this further. We have to escalate this to higher authorities as we cannot be paying for a unusable service. We are having more and more vid conferences during this period and it's not possible with these speeds.PS: My speed this morning after the 2nd router reset.
