PC and dialing up with Cell.

I wish to dialup with my cellphone on my PC, and have a bluetooth dongle. It is pretty simple to setup and what is the speed like between the cell and the bluetooth dongle?

I do not have a bundle for web traffic so what would the most cost effective way of dialing up for occasional surfing......not too much?

Yes it is simple to setup, speed between PC and phone via BT is 1mbps. Out of bundle is R2/Mbyte

not if you are running XP

There are two ways of dialing up through your cell. You can either install the software that came with your phone, or use the default windows method. The latter usually being the hardest to get going, but if you've done it once, it's easy!

I suggest installing the software that came with your phone (can usually be downloaded) and connecting with it.
