Dunno if the new Treos do GPS, but they're definitely capable PDA/Cellphone hybrids.

HP make GPS/PDA/GPRS devices - a friend of mine has one, but the name escapes me now.

HP HW6515 which is being replaced by the HP HW6900 series (using windows mobile 5.0) next month (check on www.hp.co.za) - damn nice devices. My friend has the 6515, works like a charm.
