What's the issue?

Please do yourselves a favour and study the Russian Federation, particularly the Republics which are on cultural/ethnic lines and have varying degrees of autonomy and say over their internal affairs. Or you can look at Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is made up of two entities; the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina which is majority Bosniak-Croat and the majority Serbian Republika Srpska. Not perfect harmony in all cases, but it sure as hell tends to stop the threatening rhetoric and being at one another's throats.

Honestly, the more and more sh*t I see going on in SA with the divisive rhetoric by politicians, the more and more I believe the way forward is autonomy and ''homelands'' for specific groups that feel threatened or groups that want to embrace their culture.
