What white areas? Is there still such a thing? I doubt Paarl or Wellington has any exclusively white areas left. Stellenbosch maybe, but that would be more a function of money/class, not skin colour.

Not sure about western cape but in gauteng, there seem to be subtle attempt made to hike up prices of certain exclusive estates but problem is blek peeples keep on buying in those estates with what must be a tender and drug money..
