Try my home-made concoction: 500ml Clover full cream fresh milk, tablespoon of crushed fresh ginger (strain the resulting product after it's finished), 50ml melted Clover butter ghee, 3 teaspoons raw honey, pinch of tumeric powder and a bit of sugar to taste. Take 3 hours before you get your freak on. If you feel the ghee is too much for you to handle, reduce it by 50%.

Worked for me and everybody I've given the recipe to so far.

I have also heard that cialias works great. But it's a prescription drug.
Long ago I tried a spray that decreases the sensitivity of penis. That worked well and made me last longer. Got this from Takealot.
There are also condoms to help with marathon sessions. Some are made of thicker rubber. Some have a lubricant that decreases sensitivity.
