Junior First Line Analysts
Calling all aspiring IT enthusiasts! A number of positions have opened up at our clients Northern Suburbs Offices.

Salary is R10500 cost to company including medical aid and pension fund. R1500 Allowance will be paid over and above your salary should you be required to work shifts.
You will need the following for your application to be considered:
Grade 12
Good working knowledge of MS Office & Windows XP/Windows7
18- 24 months year in the Customer Service industry
Basic trouble shooting abilities in the technical / networking environment
A+/N+
A high command of the English language both written and verbal is essential
South African citizenship
Your chances will be greatly boosted should you have the following:
ITIL Foundation v 3 / Good understand of ITIL
MCSE
MCP Certified
MCDST Certified
Resides in Cape Town
Own transport
Your responsibilities will be:
Ticket logging
Incident Management
Mailbox Management
Proactive Improvements
Third party Management
Technical Identification
