Anyone been there before? What are your thoughts on their weight-loss methods?

My one colleague went there and she's doing really well WRT weight loss and overall keeping the weight off.

Isolate frequency imbalances in our bodies. It is a frequency generator that can measure the quality of all cells in the body using laser and sound frequencies.

That one sentence from their website should hopefully get all the appropriate alarm bells ringing.

Five further minutes of research should firmly establish the level of horse-manure involved.

Gosh - let me help you here. Put down the chips fatty! Get a healthy eating plan and not one that is only lettuce. There are many good ones out there that give you a sufficient amount of good tasting food to eat - you just need to look. Now, go to gym! And not just twice a month either.

Being healthy is a lifestyle choice not a "what's that cool new fad" choice. These things do more harm than good anyway. If you want a crash diet or a get-slim-in-4-weeks programme you will fail! The only reason these things are always so popular is because people are not willing to change themselves positively and permanently because they have absolutely zero will power and can't be bothered to put in the prolonged effort because it is "too much work".

This. Too many lazy people looking for quick solutions these days whether they be fad diets, pills, or BS "natural", "holistic" and "herbal" solutions.

Learn about healthy eating practices. Change your diet to something you can keep up indefinitely. Learn self-control and discipline. Go to the gym and don't mess around while you're there. Only by fundamentally changing your behaviour will you lose weight and keep it off instead of yo-yoing up and down for years without really getting anywhere like many others.
