Philips 42-3D6W02 - 42" Intelligent-3D LCD monitor

I have 2 of these monitors with neither the brackets to be able to wall mount them or the table stands.

I need either

2 x Wall mount brackets (Philips product code: 42-WM)

OR

2 x Table Stands

OR

A combination of the two.
