i want 2 check email on my phone every now and then as its quite handy if u r expecting something important. i have a samsung sgh e250. how do i set email up on it. i have put in my yahoo email as i use that one mainly. each time i try and check it comes up with a dns error. what does that mean. please help me. thank you

Can and how could your Gmail acc be setup as a pop3 acc on your phone?

Opera mini seems troublesome on my SE W900i or perhaps I need to check if I have the latest version of it? :confused:

Cant remember what the story is with poping gmail on phone. Tried it a few times before, but, if i remember correctly i could only send. Anyway, gmail app sorted all that out.

Just google pop3 settings for gmail, easy enough to find.

You have to enable SSL connections.

It is rumoured that it can, but I've never managed to get it to work consistently on my M600i. do a google search... there are plenty of tutorials online, maybe you'll be luckier than me.
