When he gets as far as the ID number, a message appears that it is already registered. Yet he has never had a RAIN product

There is CHAT. It took the lady 15 mins to tell him to try again, pretty hopeless

not gonna get help here from someone, don't think rain even has a representative on MYBB. Just tell him to use someone else ID "Well a good friends etc or girlfriend/wife"
