Phone with physical keyboard in 2024?

My mother struggles with her eyes and was glad to be given a Blackberry Key2 LE some years ago. Now the power key is starting to fall back into the case (refuses to pop out to the normal position) but is still hanging in there.
Is there either a repair shop in Joburg for Blackberry devices or a new Android phone with physical keyboard that has some local support? I've read about the Uniherz Titan and Titan Slim, but don't want to import something and then find out it is incompatible with our networks.
The link I found saying that the company delivers to South Africa is dead, so that leaves Amazon.

EDIT: Sorry, to clarify I'm looking for a phone with QWERTY keyboard. Thanks!

also Alcatel .a family member has one now around 2 years and its been very good .yes it bounces .

try 3D printing a fix for the blackberry?
 
I am looking to buy their tank 3 pro, their rugged phones are very unique, same as you can't find anywhere to purchase besides on alibaba or Amazon
