I am just glad I made the list as for Votes no 10 got mine, sitting 2 hours in CPT cold rainy weather deserves it :)

Awesome shot.

I didn't see the rules, but it seems there is a large discrepancy between photoshopped and non-photoshopped. For a photography competition, my vote will go to the best photograph, not the best artist who can edit a photo with colours and smooth lines.

my 2c.

I agree with you on that.
It was a borderline decision for me between 2 and 10.
I chose 10 thinking that will be difficult to photoshop, and it's a great capture.

I voted #9. I don't see any reason why a processed image shouldn't be eligible or even deemed inferior. To me photoshop/Lightroom/whatever is a tool for photography, same as a flash, tripod, or any accessory. If you know how to use it, and use it well, it should be in your arsenal to make your photo the best it can be.

Agreed, but it also depends on your definition of "photoshopped". I have no problem with enhancing photos to be the best they can be by adjusting exposure, contrast, crop, straighten, red-eye removal, noise reduction etc. etc.
However, when you start changing the content of the photo (i.e. putting in a UFO flying over Manhattan) it's not really photography anymore, is it?
