Photoshop CS2 help file not opening

The other day i was doin some stuff in cs2 and i clicked on the image and the help file for some reason kept on opening repeatedly. About 10 help file windows jus opened and when i closed them all another 10 jus popped up afterwards. Now the help file wont open at all. Its says 'the operation could not be completed' and then gives a memory error about ahc.exe. No virus on my pc.
