Pick n Pay boss wants government to make a key change to one of South Africa’s busiest highways

Pick n Pay chairman Gareth Ackerman says that government should consider making changes to the N3 highway connecting Durban and Joburg, following the widespread looting and damage seen in July.

Will not happen. This government does not have money to do such project. Even if they do find the investors and funds, within days the criminals will be building new shacks around the new highway and loot all trucks passing there in any event.
