Pick n Pay shuts down vehicle licence disc renewals

Pick n Pay has stopped offering vehicle licence disc renewals around two years after it first launched the service.

MyBroadband learnt of the service's shutdown on 12 March 2024 after being contacted by a member of the Pick n Pay communications team.

Six60 app does not allow me to log in. So pick n pay delivery for those days where I cannot physically go, like when I was sick. They then delivered expired stock. They did however, refund me the next day.

Meh, most of these services are just offering APIs into the enatis system you can use directly anyway. I ordered mine recently and it all worked perfectly … and my confirmation email arrived directly from “[email protected]”. And yes I felt a bit stupid at that moment. But I’d still trusted FNB with the order and it made no difference in the end. My disc arrived promptly when it was meant to, and it was just such a seamless experience I’ll never go into a Post Office again (that was my last annual reason to).
