Ping to US and EU servers above 850. In Diablo 3 constantly above 900?

Has anyone else been having this problem? It's been going on for over a week and just gets worse. I'm on uncapped 2mbps. I called Telkom and they reset my line...didn't do anything. I called again today, and the guy said they are working on the problem, there must be an issue with the servers.

I've been playing Diablo 3 well over a month in SA (I worked in USA and only came back in November, bought the game there), and the latency was never a problem. Now suddenly it's sky-high! The game is unplayable

There is a problem with an international link which telkom utilises (3rd party supplied) in London apparently - so latency is a big issue at the moment - no ETA on a fix yet unfortunately.

Yup, battled horribly last night. Ping spiked from 770ms right up to over 2000ms. Got me killed several times.

Mine was around the 230 mark with quite a few spikes resulting in deaths.

I do not think this has been resolved yet....still same insane spikes and no constant latencies

Played for about an hour now and didn't get any spikes. Ping was around 230 (Afrihost). This was much better than during earlier in the day when I had spikes of 1000+

Just did a ping test to London and was 230ms...

Did one to Cape town and was 400ms...

Local problems?
