A TOP Telkom executive is preparing to sue the company, apparently in protest at being undermined in a management shake-up that saw a new CEO with no telecommunications experience take the helm.

Sales and marketing executive Nombulelo “Pinky” Moholi was tipped as a potential candidate to take over from CEO Sizwe Nxasana. But outsider Papi Molotsane was appointed instead, and Moholi had another level of management placed in her path.

Gotta luv the frivolous nature of hard cheese law suits...I wonder if there's a way to successfully sue Stinky if she gets a settlement fee - I mean we consumers have suffered as a direct result of her employment with TelkoDemonopoly...and there's always $i$we as well...
