I load a min of R20 airtime on my sim sonke number , this entitles me to 20 free sms to TM numbers and unlimited night calls to TM numbers for 7 days
Loaded R20 airtime on sun , sms pops up , 20 free sms and unlimited night calls until 02 feb ,
check my balances via the website and my phone today , the sms still reflect , free night time airtime no longer reflecting , ( 2nd time this has happened ) , contact customer care via online support , end up speaking to the consultant
i came very close to swearing her , having to repeat myself a number of times and she clearly has no idea of how the free mins work.
i then dm TM twitter link with exactly the same complaint , receive a call , the consultant once again insists i must use the *180£ ussd , i explain that i dont want to purchase free day calls
the consultant insists it will allocate my free night mins , i then use the ussd , and low and behold , R20 gets deducted for free day calls
by the way , i receive an sms that confirms free daytime calls for 7 days , check balances via my phone and online , NO FREE DAYTIME MINS REFLECTING
WTF TM , what dont you people f(((&*(King understand when i repeat the same thing over and over to you .
i am closing to reversing my port and demanding all monies spent and and credits currently on hand .
another issue , MTN numbers ported to TM has imeesage activation issues , this also remains unresolved.
