Just thought I´d share with you all. Two days ago Pitbull gave me a call and resolved my erroneous billing query within minutes. The refunds were done on the spot.
He was professional, courteous and knew EXACTLY what he was doing! Why do we have to first fight our way through that incompetent call centre agents before we speak to the big guns?
