They are going to need to stop the theft of the electrical infrastructure in Lanseria first. I noticed earlier this week they are going to reinstall the street lights on Pelindaba road for the 4th time in 2 years. What is the proposed plan for the 4 mini townships in the area that have no water or power?

I believe the idea is that those Smart cities are built and those people from the townships live there instead of shacks.
