Hi all,
Anybody else here use the Planet ADE-4100 ADSL router (it's the one with the ADSL port and a 4-port 10/100 mbit switch included) on telkom's ADSL?
It works just great with 'normal' usage like http and ftp etc.
Where I'm having problems is specifically when playing Enemy Territory with the anti-cheat PunkBuster app switched on. PunkBuster can't initialise. According to the PB FAQ, it could be that the broadband modem is dropping OOB (Out-Of-Band) packets, and PB uses *only* OOB packets, so it could be a cause. I can't really find any technical specs relating to the Planet modem and these OOB packets.
Anybody else have/had this problem?
Thanks
Aubrey
