Play Store apps no longer linked to Google account on new phone

I've just upgraded my phone, and when I go to the Play Store on the new one, some of the apps which I used on my old phone are not in my 'My Apps' list any more. I see that one of the apps appears to have been renamed since I installed it on my old phone, but others are not on the list at all. Any ideas what causes this? I moved from a Samsung s3 mini on Android 4.1 to Huawei p8 lite on 5.0 if that helps.

Sorry for the bad title, I didn't know how better to explain the problem.

My old ones are still there. Trying logging on to the desktop Play Store and see if you can find them and remotely download to your new phone.
