First 9 months of ADSL after my ADSL installation, I used to reach +/- 800kb/ps on avg. Then for 2 months it was down to 310 kb/ps and every since that its hovering on +/- 640.

You must check Arcadie's ADSL. 512K runs +/- 1.1mbit

Line speed dropped to 160kbps/19.6kBps the other day for 24 hours but now it's back to normal running at 282kbps/35.4kBps

Geesh that's a bit insane. There's no way normal 192ADSL should give you that...enjoy it while it lasts dude.
