Please help me find a suitable course

I've been given the task at work to present an idea at work and as brilliant as my idea is... I just can't put it all together.

From my research on Google, I found the following and some more:

But theory is just that... theory.
Is there a course or someone in PTA that can quickly show me how to put it all together? Because I'm quickly running out of ideas and time.

It's slightly more complicated than that.
This idea is huge... and as it's only an idea, project planning courses won't cut it. I have a whole book of material, but I have no idea how to compile any of it.

Give a rough outline of your idea. Are you presenting a new product? If so, is it a service or tangible product, or perhaps a manner of doing things?

Without giving away too much, try to outline your idea.

What does this have to do with anything? You can't use a standardised method of presentation - different ideas require different ways to be presented.
