Akuma is definitely from the Street Fight Series,

but maybe details are a little foggy have you checked out Tekken there is a Kuma in the game.( not Akuma. )

You've also got Mortal Kombat and a number of VS titles.

Try Capcom vs. SNK_2 the Akuma from this title is from the SSF2 Turbo game.
