On the justseedit web interface there is a downloaded and an uploaded total for any particular active file in the download queue. Does the uploaded bandwidth count against your purchased bandwidth? IE a 1gb file downloads 1gb but uploads 2gb. Does that debit 3gb off your purchased bandwidth total? Or just 1gb?

Justseed.it defaults to their own custom torrent client which is banned on a lot of private trackers.

You have to be careful with ramnode and setting up ruTorrent etc they starting to crack down on seedboxes especially when they get notices etc. they then just freeze your account.

DigitalOcean still the best for seedbox, they don't seem to care at all.

Or just use the free seedboxs for series etc, they only offer 2GB etc but enough not to be caught out.

hello people, i have some bad news for our paypal users i'm afraid.

as of friday, paypal has permanently suspended our account, obviously due to the nature of our service.

our cashflow has been frozen so we're in the ****. i've been really busy thinking out a way through this and this is what is going to happen:

paypal users have until the end of this calendar month (may) before i will be forced to delete your accounts outright. sounds harsh i know, but with no cashflow we cannot pay for our servers beyond the current period.

on the first of june the service will disappear whilst i cut back to a size that will support our current bitcoin user base. then the site will then re-appear, hopefully within 24 hours, but perhaps longer.

the forums will remain up and i will post progress updates here.

ok, i've bit the bullet and kept this as straight and simple as i can. i'm expecting quite the backlash, but i'm afraid circumstances are beyond my control.

also: please do not demand a refund, as i cannot. when paypal suspends an account they suspend an account. now i know what it's like to be hit with the old ban hammer.

and, now that i've explained the situation, i must apologise. in retrospect this was almost certainly going to happen at some point, it's just a bummer it occurred right when things were starting to get really interesting.
