This seems to be the new generic response from MTN (@MTNzaService) when asked about data speeds.
I did as requested, even took screenshots and everything. This was the response:
I am just tired of MTN. And the more I ask, the more I either get generic replies with no results, or they ignore me.
Oh, and as an added bonus I have a trace route where the signal does a loop though one of their servers:

Kindly note that coverage department only deals with providing signal. So for slow speed issues Kindly call your Service Provider Data Support Helpdesk for further assistance.
