of people/companies where users can obtain legal advice.

I never had the need to take legal action against someone but there are those who feel it's becomming the only way out. Today has upset me enough to seriously consider legal action.

To be honest, if Sentech does not provide me with the rebate I have asked for (today, they asked me for my username so they can check their logs), I will give them a final chance by showing them MY logs, and if they don't at least compromise then I will also consider legal action.

I think you would need to seek counsel with a woman named Justine White who works for a law firm called Edward, Nathan & Friedland. IF my sources are correct she deals specifically with tele-communication law and should be able to put you on to a suitable lawyer who understands the technology.

Mention my name and you'll get a good seat (on second thoughts rather don't!)
