Please tell me how to go about getting service for a real person at CellC

I have a CellC prepaid wifi dongle/sim card attached to a Netgear N300 router. This has worked very successfully for many years but just the last week or two it keeps dropping connection.
Phoning CellC gets the benefit of listening to a lot of stuff I am not interested in, but one never gets to talk to a real person.
I logged a call via their web page some time back and have not had a solution.
Are CellC really in the business of supplying a service or are they just there to take the money and run?

I am having the same problem with my cellc dongle , seems to be only at peak periods for my problem.
