Just to add some history to my query:
Site was due to go live @ 3 different dates already and already passing the latest date of 31/07. My unit was used as a pilot installation and it was found that site was not live as expected and after more in dept inspection some cables were found to be damaged. ONT was installed but not configured due to this.
To my understanding SADV Tech guys were on site and identified the issues and i'm not sure if they went as far as rectifying them. ISP reports this now as being escalated to DFA Till Today 03/08 site has not gone live. My ISP has marked my order as complete and will therefore start billing me.
I emailed SADV directly to try and find out more and haven't received any reply 36 hours later (Ticket# 10725).
