Our tech team is onsite today to resolve this. I am informed that the pm for the site was asked to contact you directly as well.

Thank you for the help on Friday, LirakZA's fibre is in and working now.
Do you have any update on my install. As previously stated I cancelled my ADSL due to feedback from Sue that Fibre will be ready and installed by 30 June 2018. Currently I don't have any internet and still waiting for SADV to complete the ONT install.

Can you please advise me when this will occur?
