Just to add some history to my query:

Site was due to go live @ 3 different dates already and already passing the latest date of 31/07. My unit was used as a pilot installation and it was found that site was not live as expected and after more in dept inspection some cables were found to be damaged. ONT was installed but not configured due to this.

To my understanding SADV Tech guys were on site and identified the issues and i'm not sure if they went as far as rectifying them. ISP reports this now as being escalated to DFA Till Today 03/08 site has not gone live. My ISP has marked my order as complete and will therefore start billing me.

I emailed SADV directly to try and find out more and haven't received any reply 36 hours later (Ticket# 10725).

I have escalated your ticket number.

Thank you for the help on Friday, LirakZA's fibre is in and working now.
Do you have any update on my install. As previously stated I cancelled my ADSL due to feedback from Sue that Fibre will be ready and installed by 30 June 2018. Currently I don't have any internet and still waiting for SADV to complete the ONT install.

Can you please advise me when this will occur?
