have you guys not noticed that the first day of the month something hectic always happens to the iburst network? happened in march, april, may, june, july and now august. i think it has something to do with there bw management software or something related to a monthly note of things.

so yeah... aint news... pms?

another theory is that since the userbase has grown alot since april you have more people on the first of the month hitting up the downloads on all basestations causing slow down. I think basically the network/basestations can only handle say 2 thirds of the total users, so on the first when you have everyone going nuts it just puts strain on everything.

Although I think the April problems were due to them not actually having a throttle system for the launch as they were meant to, as I recall they only implemented one around the 20th
