This case is one of the clearest injustice cases in modern America. The whole thing just being wiped clean is surreal as if people should not even after the facts just magically believe he was innocent all along.

This is why justice systems and law in general is such a pile of **** at least when it is as obviously fked over as this case.

And to make things even more hilarious is that the whole case is sealed so its like "hey kids, you didn't see anything, this never happened, go sleep now".

I am not aware of any cases similar to this being sealed when someone is found innocent and that is exactly the issue here because it is not a matter of him being found innocent but only a matter of the case against him suddenly being dropped and that is a big difference in the outcome.

Because he was never trialed and actually found guilty/not guilty, double jeopardy does not apply so I seriously hope either the FBI or someone else drag him to court so he can stand actual trial.

This guy is going to sue the cops and the media. Just wait.

No, he really won't. He's guilty. Suing would give the defendents the right to prove his guilt in court. He would have to explain, in court, why he forfeited his bond and agreed to do community service. The cops, the grand jury that indicted him, and even the prosecuter who dropped the charges and sealed the case file think he is guilty. On top of that, suing will open the people who pulled the strings to have the charges dropped up to further scrutiny, and I can guarantee part of the deal was that he shuts up, moves on, and doesn't rock the boat.

I'm pretty sure the Chicago PD, and mayor wish he would sue them.

Seriously don't you ever get tired of blaming Obama for everything? I'm no Obama fan by any means, but i'm tired of this one trick pony of yours.

To be fair, he's buddy buddy with obamas, and ex obama aid was involved with getting him off, so yeah, dots points to obamas throwing their weight around:whistling:
