Poll : Is your Sim Sonke Unlimited VAS Calls working ?

I have been trying to activate the Unlimited VAS calls on my Sim Sonke sim since 1 March ,during the activation process , i reach the final stage where the USSD command states that " you request is being process , wait for sms confirmation"

The confirmation sms is never received nor is the service activated , a number of queries has been logged , last Monday ,the problem was escalated to the Sim Sonke manager , Milley , who simply does not follow up and responded to my initial query with a pretty lame explanation.

Can other sim sonke users confirm if this service works ?

Rather try the promotion for R20 a week works out cheaper in the long run. Maybe there system is aware there is a promotion but doesn't take u to the promotion page.

i prefer the option 3, VAS unlimited

I've tried in Feb, got as far as receiving the sms. Nothing more.

So i receive a call from customer care , " unlimited VAS calls is not supported on Sim Sonke"
Yet the Sim Sonke Product Manager claimed last week that this option works.
Clearly Telkom Mobile needs a major overhaul in their product knowledge.
It has taken 18 days for them to come to the conclusion that the advertised product is not support. WTF

Firstly there are no terms and conditions at all to use this producer under value-added service

Never mind - READ the fine print

Telkom Mobile offers a range of Value Added Services (VAS) with all our mobile contracts. Some are free of charge, while others are optional at an additional cost.

Why have it on the USSD structure in the first place for prepaid users.
