What I find funny is that when there are polls on MyADSL, there is always at least 1 person that defends the "other side". Like now it ask "Do you think ICASA should take a tougher line with Telkom?"

And yet there is always 1 person which says No? Who is that person/s and why do they think so?

I think that person is a glitch in the matrix manifested by the need for forumicle pollary equilibrium.

Divide by zero error.

The funny thing is that even the people who work for telkom hate telkom. I think thats the reason for the sloppy workmanship and lack of service. Think about it. A happy worker = a hard worker. I think this could be the reason that many telkom employees want out and just dont care about how they get on in their jobs as long as they get paid at the end of the month.

What do you guys think?

Got the same constructive feedback from Maestro in another thread as I posted my first message.

Only when you hit triple digits does your opinion start to count. One day...

I think he is insecure in the fact that most of his posts are probably 1 liners and contain, on average, absolutely nothing of interest to anyone, anywhere, ever.

In normal circumstances and companies that are truely good, there will always be at least one customer that's unhappy. That is a fact, you can't always please everyone.

In Telkoms case it's the exact opposite but the same rules apply. There will always be at least one person who is happy their service.

Style hit the nail on the head with his comment ;)
