I am hoping someone here could be of assistance?
My house has extremely poor signal (both data and voice). I have tried to lodge a complaint with vodacom but every time I speak to them, the promise that the reference number will be smsed to me which never happens.
My armed response is reliant on making contact with us via our cells in order to gain access into the complex. This worries me as quite often I am not home.
I would appreciate if anyone could provide me some assistance or if they know of someone who is able to assist in getting things sorted out from vodacom's side.
