please help!!!!popcorn hour a-110

Hi I'm new here, but i'm having all kinds of trouble transferring mkv files from my computer to my popcorn hour A-110, it keeps telling me access denied make sure the disk in no full or write protected and that the file is not in use. Can someone please help me??

Shoot, ive never played with one of those. However, when accessing your popcorn device from your pc, use the admin account that is stored in the popcorn device.

Secondly, and most likely what you problem is, the movie clip you want to transfer is already open or being played on your pc.
