Port scanner or something

I have some software that breaks out via JHB going from our Cape Town to JHB branch which does not work now. App nothing is blocking this app, but the lady in JHB has no issues and so the problem lies between CPT and JHB. Is there any app that can trace the route that app is trying to go to try and work out what the issue is.

Tracert to check the path, AngryIP to scan for open ports, and TCPView from sysinternals to check the port usage on a machine: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb545027.aspx

Not a single tool unfortunately, but should allow you to troubleshoot the problem.....

another program you can give a try is Netscan I use that to see all the open ports on my network here at the office.
