Cellular MiFi router, or even better - stationary router like B315s, so you get built-in 5dBi antenna and possibility to boost signal even more. Now it is important part:
Either:
- Ordinary Telkom analog phone connected to the router RJ11 port for voice calls, or
- Cell C package with WiFi calling and compatible phone(s). More users can make calls simultaneously as opposed to the one person in the first option. You will talk not by cellular but over WiFi, less radiation and no dropped calls.

I've seen the briefcase ones. I have a booster at home and the gains are superb. But you have to place the antenna just right when the signal is seriously poor. You are also in for a few $'s. They are not cheap. Cheaper to import yourself than to buy locally.
