Ported from Telkom to Neotel (Fiber) - Caller ID not showing correctly

Hi guys

Not sure if this is the correct forum - please move if its in the wrong one.

The main problem I am having is that at my business I ported from Telkom to Neotel for my data and voice. I have my voice line running over VOIP through SIP using an NEC SL1000 PABX.

The problem I am having is that when I dial out, my number is not showing correctly on recipients caller ID. It is showing as +2700. I am not sure if this is a Neotel problem, or a problem on the setting of the PABX. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
