Please someone help. I ported a number FROM Vodacom, TO Telkom.
Port went through, no issue. BUT, I can no longer receive calls from anyone using a Vodacom number! It tells them "The number does not exist". All other networks are fine. I suspect it must be the routing tables. Is there a Telkom rep here who can help me? Telkom support is non-existent.
