Porting from MTN

Good day,

My wife would like to port from her current MTN 24 month contract to a TelkomMobile SmartSaver 250 (no SIM) plan. What would the exact steps be for this? She would like to port when her current MTN contract expires. How long before the time must she give notice at MTN and how soon must she then go to TelkomMobile for the porting?

What you need to do is to call 808 as soon as the contract expires. If it is expired then they can convert it to prepaid while you are on the phone. Then just go to Telkom Mobile to do your application and porting.

Thank you, that's a good plan. Hopefully that will leave less room for MTN to mess it up
