Porting PAYG number to existing contract...

I recently upgraded an existing contract which gives me free data and calls, to a point. I have an existing prepaid number that I've been using for some time though, and I'd like to know if it is possible to port the prepaid number over to the contract so that I can avoid changing my number, while still taking advantage of the contract freebies...

On which network?. On Vodacom they can change it within the first 30 days. This would however mean cancelling the contract and reactivating on the existing number. I also think the deal still needs to be valid or the same.

They can do it. Did it with mine a few years ago.

They will have to swap the number loaded as your contract number, with the prepaid number on their system.
