Hi all
At the start of the year I ported two numbers from vodacom to MTN - it was relatively hassle free and it's been working fine ever since. For the past few weeks I've been trying to port a third number, but I haven't been able to get anywhere.
I follow the instructions on the MTN site (here and here), but never get the SMS confirmation from vodacom that the port request has been received. MTN tell me it's Vodacom's fault, and vice versa.
Is there a specific number I can call to find out what the problem is (or why the number isn't being released).
Any advice would be appreciated!
