Isn't the fact that they already ignored your request not an indication of the service levels to come?

LOL.I was on vodacom before lyk 3 months ago.But then went to virgin because of the wap charges. Now i am getting the worst service on virgin.I cannot recieve/send MMS's WAP works half the time.Everynight at least once for the past month the WAP stopped working.U think MTN will be a better option? I have heard of problems like mms problems when porting so i want to go back to vodacom. Where the original number was from

Yup... Same, I went from Vodacom, after about 10 years, to Virgin, for two months, and am now on MTN... MTN seems to give the best service <-- I'm not saying its good service... it's just the best of the bunch.
