I watched portions of the game between the Bulls and the Cheetahs yesterday and noted the high quality of game play from all the players present on the field.

For me the defining moment is seeing a player like Dingane, a man with a small stature compared to some of those huge players on the field climbing in a tackling hard and decisively and even scoring a try which secured the game for the Sharks.
Isn't it a beautiful feeling in this country to have players from all races playing a solid game of rugby and enjoying themselves and even embracing like brothers.:)

I think South Africa has come a long way with Sports. I feel we can be proud of our Rugby players. If politics cannot bind this country together, let it be sport then.

Was downright SHOCKING.

It's Ndungane. I take it you don't watch too much rugby, even though you're a supporter of South African teams in general ;)

I am very glad that their is little need these days to pick a coulered player just to make the qouta.

Its even better to see more and more non-white supporters embracing the game :)

To the great game (..!. to soccer:p)

Nope, I seldom watch Rugby. But I do enjoy a game now and then.

& the STORMERS entire season (even though they won the Force, this weekend)

wow:eek: might need a bigger cabinet for them:p

Rugby has always set the benchmark for SA sports, cricket isnt too far behind, except the major trophy:p

Soccer has insane talent, too bad its run by money hungry freaks:(
