In the interest of fairness, related to my previous post about Sentech's incompetence :-

Basically, I haven't been billed by Sentech since starting my contract and the total billing owed was R2900.
Sentech have agreed that I can settle that amount over 3 months.
I feel it only fair to mention this as it's a positive response by Sentech and I'm very happy that they admitted the mistake was thiers and that they are prepared to compromise.
Hopefully this is a sign that Sentech are implementing a better approach to customer service.
