Possible DoS attacks happening on MyWireless?

I just checked my firewall logs and discovered that I am getting the following every 5 seconds...

Date: 07/22 07:43:22 Name: ICMP redirect net
Priority: 2 Type: Potentially Bad Traffic
IP info: 66.18.82.111:0 -> 66.18.82.68:0

Could this be one of the causes of poor speed? Lets hear comments from the guru's out there...
