Possible to get the Eutelsat 36e Sub Saharan Africa beam in Cape Town?

Is it possible to get a lock on this beam using a new DStv Dish provided I relocate it from the IS20, the dish I have is fairly huge compared to some of the older smaller ku band dishes. I know the footprint for this beam officially ends over the Free State, however there are people who have a lock on this beam as far away as the UK.

Please advise, any advice will be greatly appreciated.
