Post Bad Connections Here!!

I think this could be a very handy thread...Why dont we post our cities/towns here that has bad connections. This could help others in the same area to realise that it is not only them that has connectivity probs...Also this would help indicate if the prob is on your side, or outside your computer ( if you see your town here on the same day )
